Reflection of class
At the start of the semester, i really thought i was in okay shape at first, however, the first day of class i was proved very wrong and wore out quickly. This was my first experience of how much i needed to get my crap together and get into shape.
My second experience was how it really motivated me to get up in the mornings and do work and get pumped for the day. Normally i had a really hard time waking up, but this class really helped me out with getting up and ready for things.
My third experience is how much i was able to lift towards the middle and end of class. I went from benching 8 pounds each arm to benching 15 pound dumbells. this really helped me with confidence in strength and body tone, seeing as im a pretty skinny person.
My final experience was how when the snowboarding season started back up, I felt SO much better than i did the start of last years season. I was pumped, in shape, and rode much better because of my new leg strength gained from this class.
